The Terms and Conditions of Service will ensure that Zift Solutions and you, as our customer, meet the high standard for data privacy introduced by the new European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into effect at the end of May 2018. From 19 March 2018 any partner with an Administrator role will be shown the attached Terms and Conditions of Use and asked to confirm their acceptance on behalf of their organization.  Partners will have the choice to defer their acceptance, but if they continue to do so after 15 May 2018, Zift Solutions will no longer be able to offer them use of the application.  To encourage partner acceptance, we recommend that suppliers reach out to your partners as the deadline approaches.
