Manage Templates

Important: Administrative permission is required to access the Zift123 Settings. For more information, contact your supplier point of contact.


Templates can save time, promote standards, and guide you through setting up your email. You can utilize options such as branding, formatting, and adding text to make sending future emails quick and easy.  Additionally, once you have duplicated one of the standard templates and made it your own, you will be able to duplicate, edit, and delete the template.


Want to duplicate or preview a template for the email builder? Maybe you'd like to make one of the templates a default. You can.

How to Edit, Duplicate, Delete, and Set an Email Template as a Default

  1. Navigate to Settings > Manage Templates.
  2. Select the drop-down arrow for the template you wish to change.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Save.
