How to Schedule Social Media Posts

1. Go to Social Media > Upcoming Posts.
2. Use the filters on the left to limit the social posts according to a social network, post topic, and more. Learn More.
3. To approve and schedule or reschedule a single post:
1. Select a post from the list.
2. Make any desired edits to the post settings or content.
3. Select Auto-Schedule*, Date and Time, or Post Now.
4. Select Approve.
4. To approve and schedule multiple posts:
1. Select the posts to approve. 
2. Click Approve Selected.
3. To change the schedule, settings, or content of any approved post, click on the post on the Upcoming Posts page.

*Auto-Schedule Times

If you select to auto-schedule your social post, it will publish according to the schedule below. (Times are based on the time zone configured in your Zift123 company profile.)
