Collateral content provides you with the means to build, mix, and promote business engagement and conversation. It comes in many forms: audio, text, video, images, and more. This content allows you to target the interests of your audience with the most relevant content in many formats. Delivering the right content in the right format at the right time to your customers.

What's the Value in Collateral?

• Reduce the time and costs of collateral efforts for channel partners.
• Provide relevant content channel partners can use to enhance their presence.
• Build and foster new customer relationships.

Unlike other activities, Zift123 does not automatically personalize your collateral content with your default company profile information when activated. Note that personalization is not available on all collateral. Personalization allows you to edit specific details of collateral. Your edit options are highlighted with a broken blue line and will vary depending on the piece of collateral and your supplier. Suppliers can grant permission to personalize content. Here are some examples of content that can be personalized:

1. Logo
2. Value Proposition
3. Company Name
4. Company Address
5. Company Phone Number
6. Company Website URL.

To access Personalization navigate to one of these options:

1. Select one of these options:
   1. Browse Collateral, select the collateral by clicking Customize.
   2. Customizable Collateral, select the collateral to Customize.
2. Select Edit.
3. Select Personalization.
