My Collateral

Collateral content provides you with the means to build, mix, and promote business engagement and conversation. It comes in many forms: audio, text, video, images, and more. The first time you see the My Collateral view, it will be blank. It is created as you take advantage of supplier-provided collateral. You can think of My Collateral as a history of the documents that you have used.

What's the Value in Collateral?

  • Reduce the time and costs of collateral efforts for channel partners.
  • Provide relevant content channel partners can use to enhance their presence.
  • Build and foster new customer relationships.

You can access this content via Collateral > My Collateral. In the view, you can do the following:

  • Search: Zift searches on keywords and search terms in the collateral description field as well as by words or phrases in the collateral name. If you have multiple Zift subscriptions, the display will vary based on the subscription selected in the User Menu. When you are in the My Zift123 view, you will see data for all suppliers. Each piece of collateral is labeled with the supplier name. You can filter the view to focus on specific suppliers.
  • Filter: Filtering allows you to narrow the results to get a specific list of data. The options for filtering includes your activity types, status, and tags.
  • The number beside the title My Collateral in parenthesis is the number of assets available for use.
  • Click on any collateral in the list to preview, distribute via a link, or share on social media outlets.
  • Download to use the collateral outside of Zift123.
  • Depending on the supplier, you may be able to personalize content.
  • Content can be previewed prior to use.
