The system will automatically place bounces and unsubscribes on the suppression list. You can view the bounces and unsubscribes from either the Contact Lists or the Campaign.

To view unsubscribes and bounces from Contact Lists:

1. From Contacts > Contact Lists, select the contact list associated with your mailing. Bounces are labeled Invalid.
2. Filter on Invalid.
3. Export a list or drill down on the contact name for details.

To view bounces and unsubscribes from the campaign:

1. From Campaigns > My Campaigns, select the campaign associated with your mailing.
2. Select the Mailing from the list.
3. Select Bounce Rate View on the right side to see a list of recent bounces.
4. Select Unsubscribe Rate View on the right side to see a list of recent unsubscribes.
