Why are my leads not available in my CRM?

Here are some things to consider:

  • Your leads may be blocked by your CRM settings. You will need to verify any CRM validation rules for leads. If possible disabled or create a new section for Zift in your CRM. Create a validation rule lead source = Zift123 in your CRM.
  • You may have required fields or pick list that needs to be identified and updated for Zift to integrate.
