Campaign Activity Notifications


Zift123 automatically sends notifications to the partner for campaign activities. The recipient of the notification can be defined on the Campaign Activity Details page. Here are some examples.

Form Submission Notification

The form submission notification is sent when at least one lead has submitted information via a form that is a part of some activity, such as a web plugin or email. Zift123 checks hourly to see if new forms have been submitted on an activity.


Mailing Status Update

The mailing status notification contains data about how an email has performed since it was sent. The notification recipient will receive an email summary report 1,3, and 7 days after the mailing is sent.  The report summarizes opens, clicks, form submissions, and conversions.


Email has been Sent Notification

The email sent notification indicates that an email has been sent. It shows the number of recipients.
