Can a partner change the opt-in authorization?

Yes. A partner can change the Opt-in Authorization by editing the contact's information.

Zift123 has three different values for Opt-in status.

  • A Partner can change the Opt-in Authorization status from authorized for All Communications to authorized for Selected Communications and vice-versa.
  • A Partner can change the Opt-in Authorization status from authorized for All Communications or authorized for Selected Communications to Do Not Contact.
  • A Partner can change the Opt-in Authorization status if the status is Do Not Contact.

Navigate to the contact's detail page:

  • Contacts >Contacts > selected contact > edit details 
  • Contacts > Registered Lead > selected contact > View Contact > edit details
  • Contacts > Distributed Lead > selected contact > edit details
  • Contacts > Contact List > selected contact list > selected contact > edit details
