Yes. A partner can change the Opt-in Authorization by editing the contact's information.
Zift123 has three different values for Opt-in status.
- A Partner can change the Opt-in Authorization status from authorized for All Communications to authorized for Selected Communications and vice-versa.
- A Partner can change the Opt-in Authorization status from authorized for All Communications or authorized for Selected Communications to Do Not Contact.
- A Partner can change the Opt-in Authorization status if the status is Do Not Contact.
Navigate to the contact's detail page:
- Contacts >Contacts > selected contact > edit details
- Contacts > Registered Lead > selected contact > View Contact > edit details
- Contacts > Distributed Lead > selected contact > edit details
- Contacts > Contact List > selected contact list > selected contact > edit details
