Overview

Zift123 automatically sends notifications to the partner administrator or agency for changes to the Zift123 Settings.

Timezone Change

Timezone change notifications are sent to the Zift123 Administrator when a change is made to timezones in the Company Profile Setting.

SSL Enabled Change

SSL Enabled notifications are sent to the Zift123 Administrator when a change is made to SSL Enabled option in the Company Profile Setting.

Agency Permission Change

Agency permission change notifications are sent to the Zift123 Agency when a change is made to the access level of the agency. A Zift123 user can give access at these levels:

• Agency granted On Behalf Of (OBO) access
• Agency granted Full Access
• Agency promoted from OBO to Full access
• Agency demoted from Full to OBO access
• Full access removed for an Agency
• OBO access removed for an Agency
