Zift123 automatically sends email notifications to the partner for some activities on Custom Activity (FSA) Orders.

Custom Activity New Participants

A partner can upload or select participants from their Contacts for a custom activity such as telequalification. The system checks hourly for new participants and sends a notification to the agency if a new participant is found.

Custom Activity New Leads

An agency can upload leads or convert participants to leads for use with a custom activity such as telequalification. The system checks hourly for new leads and sends a notification to the partner if a new lead is found.
